Its seriously over processed, the horizon is not straight and the boat on the right does nothing for the composition as its missing somewhat..
As a photomanip it work.. but its still overprocessed for my taste !

It is not a boat it is a peir. And the land does rise which gives the effect of the horizon not being straight, but it is straight

Thats a radical point of view. That totally depends on the type of photos your making. With analogue photography, pre-processing is 99,9% of your time. In your stle of digital photography things are different.
I feel like its over-processed... Matter of taste.

The green is a bit much though.
Could use more space to the right and/or left to balance out the composition because of the pier.
